An easy-to-use, high-performance building and industrial automation IIoT gateway, the EZ Gateway KNX to BACnet (FS-EZX-KNX-BAC), allows integrators to connect to the cloud and interface KNX-certified products to BACnet management systems in commercial buildings, campuses, and industrial facilities.

KNX-certified components can be used for various purposes, including lighting control, HVAC control, shutter/blind control, alarm monitoring, energy, gas, water metering, and audio and video broadcasting. The EZ Gateway KNX to BACnet connects these KNX-based systems and devices to both BACnet-based management systems via the BACnet MS/TP or BACnet/IP protocols.   • By sending data only when a KNX device’s status has changed, the Change of Value (CoV) setting can help reduce the amount of BACnet data overhead and relieve network traffic congestion.

  • Every FieldServer gateway supports Remote Access out of the box. Once you’ve signed up for the MSA Grid, you can monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot deployed equipment by connecting to the FieldServer gateway via the Remote Access functionality.
