ProtoConvert: Vendor Logo & Usage Policy (v2026.1)

1. Purpose

To protect the intellectual property of our partners and ensure that ProtoConvert maintains a professional, legally
compliant image in all sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

2. General Rule: “Referential Use Only”

Our sales team may use vendor logos only for referential purposes (to show that our gateways, like the PG-K30A,
are compatible with their systems). We must never imply that ProtoConvert is the same company as the vendor
or that the vendor has officially sponsored our specific product unless a formal partnership agreement is in place.

3. Logo Placement & Design Standards

To avoid “Brand Confusion” we follow these visual rules:

• No Alterations: We do not stretch, rotate, or change the colors of a vendor logo. If the original is green
  (Siemens) or red (Honeywell), keep it that way.
• Clear Space: We maintain a “breathing room” around vendor logos. We do not overlap them or place
  them so close to each other that they look like a single combined logo.
•  Solid Backgrounds: We always place vendor logos on a clean, solid background (preferably white) to
  ensure legibility.

4. Vendor Ownership Quick-Reference

We ensure our team uses the correct ownership details in the fine print:

  International Inc, USA.
•  EDWARDS and designs are trademark of Carrier Global Corporation, USA.
• Bosch and designs are trademark of Robert Bosch GmbH, Germany.
•  Siemens and designs are trademark of Siemens GmbH & Co. KG., Germany.
• Trane and designs are trademark of Trane Technologies plc, Ireland.
• Hochiki and designs are trademark of Hochiki Corporation, Japan.
• VESDA and designs are trademark of Xtrails Technologies Ltd, USA.
• Simplex and designs are trademark of Johnson Controls International plc (JCI), Ireland.
• Fike and designs are trademark of Fike Corporation, USA.
• MSA Fire Safety and designs are trademark of MSA Safety Incorporated, USA.

5. Mandatory Trademark Attribution

Every marketing document such as catalogue, brochures, flyers that feature vendor logo must include a legal
footer in respective document

parent companies. Use of these trademarks is for referential purposes only and does not imply endorsement,
affiliation, or sponsorship by the trademark owners”

6. Prohibited Actions

• We do Not use a vendor logo as our profile picture on social media.
•  We do Not use a vendor logo on our business cards.
• We do Not create a “joint logo” (e.g., ProtoConvert and Honeywell logos merged together).
